200 Hours Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teachers training program in Budapest from May 16, 2025, in the Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha yoga and Ayurveda system. 

Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training is not merely a course; it’s a profound journey into a holistic and vibrant yogic way of life. This unique experience invites you to explore and nurture your inner self at your rhythm, sparking personal growth, healing, and transformative change. With the guidance of experienced and passionate instructors, you will immerse yourself in yogic practice, learn the fundamentals of yoga, and build a solid foundation in practice and skills required to teach.

 

This course focuses on the practice and teaching methodology of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The Primary Series includes over 70 asanas (postures), linked sequentially by Vinyasa (breath-initiated movements between the asanas).

The course begins with detailed instruction of the Primary Series practice in the first two modules. Then, it continues with a morning Mysore style too and detailed adjustments of Ashtanga vinyasa poses.

To practice a pose in-depth, one needs to know the intelligent way of using the muscles, the appropriate way of breathing, the meditative state of mind and the spiritually rooted soul. The practice of postures is a moving meditation.

  • Anatomy and Physiology:

  • In-depth study of 35 key muscles with their origin, insertion, function, and relevance in adjustments and alignments.

  • Movement and Postures, three-dimensional analysis, Gravitational analysis, Technical analysis, sight and touch, stretching, Sacroiliac nutation and counter nutation, Pelvis and anatomical perineum. 

  • The Skeletal system and movement; Anatomy of the spine, SymmetryThe Cardiovascular system; blood circulation; heart, pulmonary, systemic and coronary circulation; the Digestive system; excretory system; Muscular system; Nervous system; and asymmetry;  Vestibular system.

  • The respiratory system consists of muscles of respiration, breathing and postures, somatic and Autonomous systems, thoracic and paradoxical breathing, and supine and sitting abdominal breathing.
