We are delighted to announce an immersive weekend designed to explore and practice the fundamental principles of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra. Bindusar Yoga School of India, in collaboration with Shala Studio Cluj, will host this event.

 

During this two-day immersion, participants will be introduced to the foundational principles and progressive elements of Yoga and Ayurveda while gaining insights into Kundalini Tantra to enhance their understanding of Yoga practice.
